This is, I just glue on nails. Acrylic nails damage my nails REAL pretty bad. I have white spots, cuts, and they're not strong. I choose to stick on Kiss my nails because they do not damage the nail bed. They only stay on the surface, and my hands pretty. Kiss is a truly great company that makes large artificial nails. They contribute more than 7 weeks, although the company says you do not wear anymore. I wear them not so long, but theredamaged my nails. But if you have healthy nails, you can get away with wearing for 7 days. Kiss products are sold everywhere, and they are pretty cheap. But the prices vary depending on the branch.
